Since last 18 months I have been facing issues with my upper back inflammation. It will slowly come. Doen to abdomen and then relax. Usually it starts at night. After food. And mostly in sleep. It intensity when I am lying down. Walking feels little better. It continues for 3-4 hours. 3 month back. When I was fasting. Right after I break my fast. I would drink 2 litre water. I would then get bright red stool. Not sure if these 2 are connected. I had a liver test. Bilirubin and other fluids came normal. How do I confirm these are symptoms of gerd and not any serious liver or pancreatic issues. I read about liver cancer and pancreatic cancer. It gets me worried. Dr. julie.
